Small Kitchen Diner Conversion
A small kitchen diner conversion for our customers in York who had recently purchased the property.
The kitchen was almost unusable due to its size (and age) so we opened it up with a steel beam to support the load above.
A new kitchen was designed and installed and kitchen rewired.
Our customers decided to keep the steel exposed so it was painted with intumescent paint and a flame retardant top coat, colour matched to the RAL code of their Howden’s kitchen doors - in this case a dark blue.
